Enrollment & Training Agreement
Version 2026.2 · 2026-09-04
This Enrollment & Training Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Majestic Advisor Academy, LLC (“Academy,” “we,” “us”) and the individual enrolling in the program (“Student,” “you”).
Please read this Agreement in full before enrolling. By electronically signing below you agree to the terms set out in this document, including the no-refund policy, the completion requirements, and the conditions on which a Certificate of Completion and acceptance into Majestic Escapes are granted.
1. Program Options and Tuition
Student may enroll in one of the following program options. Tuition is due in full at the time of enrollment unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing by the Academy. The Academy does not currently offer payment plans.
- Majestic Advisor Academy — $497
- Majestic Advisor Academy + Majestic Certified Destination Wedding Specialist (bundle) — $697
- Destination Wedding Specialist upgrade, added after Academy enrollment — $297
2. All Sales Final; No Refunds
All tuition and program fees are non-refundable. Because the program provides immediate access to proprietary digital training materials, all sales are final once enrollment is completed. This provision is subject to any non-waivable rights Student may have under applicable consumer protection law.
Optional physical materials, where purchased, are governed by the shipping and fulfillment terms disclosed at checkout. Recurring membership, where applicable, may be cancelled to stop future charges; amounts already paid are not refunded.
3. Course Access
Course access is provided for Student's individual use and is tied to Student maintaining an active relationship with Majestic Escapes as described in this Agreement and in the Independent Travel Advisor Agreement. Access may be modified, suspended, or ended where that relationship ends or where Student violates this Agreement.
4. Completion Requirements
To complete the program, Student must finish all required modules, assignments, and assessments, and must pass the final examination with a minimum score of seventy-five percent (75%), together with any other requirements published by the Academy for the program in which Student is enrolled.
5. Examination Attempts
Student is permitted a maximum of three (3) attempts at the final examination. Additional training or remediation may be required before or instead of any further attempt. Additional attempts beyond three are not guaranteed and are granted, if at all, at the Academy's discretion.
6. Certificate of Completion
A Certificate of Completion issued by the Academy evidences completion of a private training program. It is not a governmental license, certification, registration, or accreditation of any kind, and it does not by itself authorize Student to sell or book travel.
7. Acceptance into Majestic Escapes
Completion of the program includes acceptance into Majestic Escapes, subject to satisfaction of all onboarding requirements, including execution of the Independent Travel Advisor Agreement, host/TPI Associate Advisor registration and activation, and any documentation, background, or compliance requirements. Student may not sell, quote, or book travel through Majestic Escapes or any affiliated host until fully activated.
8. No Guarantee of Financial Results
The Academy makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding income, bookings, commissions, or business results. Any figures, examples, or case studies presented in the program are illustrative only. Results depend on Student's own effort, market conditions, and many factors outside the Academy's control.
9. Independent Business Responsibility
Student is solely responsible for establishing and operating Student's own business in compliance with applicable law, including business formation and registration, licensing and seller-of-travel registration where required, taxes, insurance, and record keeping.
10. Intellectual Property
All program content — including modules, lessons, videos, templates, scripts, checklists, calculators, forms, sample documents, and assessments — is the exclusive property of the Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Student receives a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content solely for Student's own business use during the period of authorized access.
11. Prohibited Use
Student may not copy, resell, share, republish, distribute, sublicense, record, or use program content to create or deliver a competing training program, nor share login credentials or provide access to any other person. Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and in legal action.
12. Confidentiality
Non-public information disclosed by the Academy or Majestic Escapes — including pricing structures, supplier relationships, commission arrangements, systems, operating procedures, and client information — is confidential and may not be disclosed or used outside the purposes of this Agreement.
13. Third-Party Information
The program references third-party suppliers, platforms, tools, and host agency structures. That information is provided for educational purposes, may change without notice, and is not warranted by the Academy. Student's use of any third-party product or service is governed by that third party's own terms.
14. No Endorsement by Any Host or TPI
This program is offered independently by the Academy. It is not endorsed, sponsored, certified, or approved by any host agency, travel professional intermediary (TPI), consortium, or supplier, and nothing in the program should be represented as such.
15. Student Conduct
Student agrees to participate professionally and respectfully in all program spaces, including community channels and live sessions. Harassment, discrimination, misrepresentation, solicitation of other students, or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the program without refund.
16. Technology and Platform Access
Program access requires an internet connection and a compatible device. The Academy does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform and may perform maintenance, update content, or change platform providers.
17. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. The Academy does not store full payment card details. Student is responsible for the accuracy of the payment information submitted and for any fees imposed by Student's own financial institution. Chargebacks initiated in contravention of the no-refund policy may result in immediate termination of access.
18. Privacy
Personal information submitted during enrollment and participation is handled in accordance with the Academy's privacy practices and used to deliver the program, administer accounts, process payments, and communicate with Student.
19. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy's total liability arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of tuition paid by Student. The Academy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business.
Student agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Academy, Majestic Destination Weddings, LLC d/b/a Majestic Escapes, and their officers, members, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from Student's acts or omissions, Student's business operations, or Student's breach of this Agreement.
20. Program Changes
The Academy may update, reorganize, add to, or discontinue program content, modules, assessments, tools, and delivery methods in order to keep the program current. Material changes do not entitle Student to a refund.
21. Electronic Communications and Electronic Signature
Student consents to receive communications, notices, and disclosures electronically, and agrees that electronic signatures, typed signatures, and electronic records satisfy any requirement that such records be in writing and signed. Student may request a copy of any electronically signed record.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and each party consents to that jurisdiction and venue.
23. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
24. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with the Independent Travel Advisor Agreement and any policies expressly referenced, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding enrollment in the program and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, and understandings.
