Academy Agreement & Refund Policy
These are the terms you accept when you enroll. After payment you'll review and sign this same agreement inside your dashboard, and the signed copy stays in your account.
Refunds
Because this is a digital education program with immediate access, Academy purchases are non-refundable as stated in the Academy Agreement.
The optional Printed Academy Package is refundable only if it has not yet shipped. The$59/month membership can be cancelled at any time and stops future charges; past months are not refunded.
1. Independent contractor relationship
The advisor is an independent contractor, not an employee, and works under the Majestic Escapes name — no separate business entity is required. The advisor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance and business expenses.
2. Enrollment and membership
The academy enrollment is a one-time, non-refundable fee that includes the full academy curriculum, advisor setup and the first month of Majestic Advisor Membership. Beginning 30 days after enrollment, membership continues at $59 per month until cancelled.
3. Commission structure
Advisors begin at a 75/25 commission split (75% advisor / 25% agency). Tiers advance prospectively to 80/20 after $5,000, 85/15 after $20,000 and 100/0 after $75,000 in qualifying commission, as set out in the Independent Travel Advisor Agreement. Commission is paid after the supplier remits payment and it clears to the agency.
4. Booking authorization
The advisor may not quote or book client travel under the agency until the final academy exam is passed with a score of 75% or higher and the agency activates the advisor account.
5. Standards of practice
The advisor agrees to represent clients honestly, to protect client data, to follow supplier terms and to uphold the professional standards of the agency in all client and public communication.
6. Confidentiality and course materials
Academy content, templates, calculators and training materials are licensed to the advisor for personal business use only and may not be resold, shared or republished.
7. Termination
Either party may end this agreement in writing. Membership cancellation ends access to advisor systems at the end of the paid period. Completed bookings continue to be serviced under agency policy.
